Bone-In Plate Short Ribs
Our grass-fed, grass-finished Bone-In Plate Short Ribs are intensely marbled and perfect for marinating. Once marinated, you can either slow braise them in a Dutch oven or give them a quick grill. Four Ribs per pack. For best grilling results, cook to medium-rare over high heat to develop a delicious caramelized crust. Rest the meat for five minutes before slicing across the grain.
All our ribs and roasts are hand-cut, and individually vacuum sealed. Our products are frozen before shipping to lock in flavor and will arrive frozen or partially thawed. We ship directly from our farm to your door.
