Our grass-fed, grass-finished Chuck Roast is ideal for those days when time is on your side. A well-seasoned roast, with fresh herbs, root vegetables and a full-bodied red wine all combine to make for a classic roast beef dinner. This cut is well marbled and will cook perfectly in a Dutch oven or a slow cooker.
All our ribs and roasts are hand-cut, and individually vacuum sealed. Our products are frozen before shipping to lock in flavor and will arrive frozen or partially thawed. We ship directly from our farm to your door.
