Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Policy & Timing
We are currently shipping within the State of Florida via UPS. We are not able to accommodate pick-up at this time. We ship orders once a week. If your order was placed Tuesday by Midnight, it will be packed and shipped on Wednesday for delivery by Friday. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to see when you should expect delivery.
Please Note: Shipping and delivery timings are estimates only and may vary depending on your location. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please email us at email@example.com. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, once your order ships on Wednesday.
Shipping Costs & Minimum Order
Shipping perishable items can be costly. To be able to offer our customers low-cost $9.95 flat rate shipping we require a minimum purchase of $75. Orders under $75 will not be able to complete the checkout process.
Packaging & Handling
Orders are shipped in a cardboard box with an insulated liner and the product is packed in a reusable Adena cooler bag. We include dry ice to insure that your order arrives frozen. It is not unusual for your dry ice to be evaporated by the time it arrives to your door. As the dry ice evaporates, it releases the air into the bag to insure that meat stays frozen. Please note: If upon delivery, your shipment still contains dry ice, do not handle with your bare hands.
Products may begin to defrost during shipment. As long as the products are still partially frozen, you can refreeze safely in your freezer.
Damages & Returns
We maintain the highest standard of quality assurance and food safety practices in the industry. Should any item you purchase become compromised during transit or if your package arrives and appears to be damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your order and your order number as soon as your order has been delivered.
While we cannot accept the return of perishable products, we use all feedback to improve our products and services. All requests for a refund, credit, or replacement must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers Outside of Florida
At this time, we only deliver within the State of Florida. However, we are looking to grow our outreach in the near future. If you live outside Florida, we recommend signing up for emails (at the bottom of this page) to be the first to know when we will be delivering to your state!
