Our grass-fed, grass-finished Tri Tip Roast is an economical way to feed grass-fed beef to your family. It can be marinated and roasted in the oven, or seasoned with a dry rub and smoked low and slow. Great for a weekend dinner or cooked ahead and served in sandwiches with BBQ sauce or change out the bacon in a cobb salad for lunch or a light dinner.

All our ribs and roasts are hand-cut, and individually vacuum sealed. Our products are frozen before shipping to lock in flavor.
