Adena Farms currently sells its beef exclusively to a select number of restaurants that it owns and operates, including Adena Grill in Hallandale, Florida and the members-only restaurant at Adena Golf Club in Ocala, Florida.
All of the Adena Farms beef sold through its online shop comes directly from its 95,000-acre ranch, where pasture-raised cattle graze year-round out in the open air. Adena Farms beef contains no antibiotics, no added growth hormones, and no GMOs.
Adena Farms also employs the highest standards of animal welfare to avoid pain or stress to its animals and uses sustainable, free-range farming methods. All of the beef is processed at a USDA-inspected, state-of-the-art processing facility located right on the farm.
