Our Grass-fed, Grass-finished Skirt Steak is ideal for marinating and cooking over high heat to develop caramelization on the grill or pan searing. To get the best experience with skirt steak, use a meat mallet tenderizer and marinate no longer than an hour or two. Salt just before cooking to medium-rare for best results and let it rest before slicing across the grain. A great steak as the main feature, or on top of a salad. Also great tacos!
