We maintain the highest standard of quality assurance and food safety practices in the industry. Should any item you purchase become compromised during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@adenafarms.com
While we cannot accept the return of perishable products, we use all feedback to improve our products and services. All requests for a refund, credit, or replacement must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
At this time we do not issue refunds, unless your order is damaged during transit. At which point, we will issue full replacements at no cost. We do ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If it has not posted within 10 business days contact your financial institution first, if they cannot help resolve the issue please feel free to contact us at contact@adenafarms.com
